Ingredientes para hacer Leche frita de la abuela paso a paso:
1 litro de leche
180 gramos de azúcar
25 gramos de mantequilla
120 gramos de almidón o (maizena)
1 rama de canela
1 trozo de cáscara de limón
Para rebozar
2 huevos
100 gramos de almidón o harina
100 gramos de azúcar (½ taza)
2 cucharadas soperas de canela en polvo
1 vaso de aceite de girasol
