¡Buenas! Pues aqui dejo una tabla de ejercicios que deben hacerse deletreando tu nombre. A mi me tocaría :

M- 30 push-ups
A- 20 arm circles
R- 10 crunches
T- 20 arm cicles
A- 20 arm circles
