I think that the idea isn't so complicate that it seems to me that we can think!!
3-
If you go on web, you can find similar image for every picture that people put in t-shirt contest. This not because people copy the idea, but because is possible that some people in the world think the same things!!!

1- En primer lugar creo que deberias ponerte en contacto con el autor de esa ilustración a ver que opina del tema.
2- Es un diseño para camiseta, no un dibujo de un libro o un comic, así que va dirigido al mismo formato, el conflicto esta en eso.
3- La idea no es complicada, y desde luego dos personas pueden pensar lo mismo, ya ha pasado otras veces, es más dificll plasmarlo de una forma tan semejante:
-Hay cientos de maneras de hacer ojos y bocas... pero has optado por la misma que el.
-El bebé nube es identico, de entre todas las formas de nube, ambos tienen forma de estrella de 5 puntas gorda con un mini bulto arriba a la derecha... el imperdible del pañal al mismo lado...a mi no me deja la menor duda de que es una copia.
3- tienes buenos diseños y pareces un profesional, demuestralo poniendote en contacto con Brock Davis o retira este diseño de concurso, no me parece correcto que sigas con el.
4- Esto es una página Española, si vas a defenderte deberias ser tu el que se busque el traductor, se lo debes a los que te han votado positivo y no tienen por que saber tu idioma.

Just because i didn't copy anyone I don't contact anyone and I don't take off the design from the contest!
It seems to me different the construction, the expressions and the positions of the drawing!

Yes, the little cloud is too similar to the other one, but the other two are so different, and the construction is too different also.
Maybe, it's a solution to change a little bit the little cloud, and that's all.
