INTERNACIONAL SHIPPINGS If the order is international (outside Spain), the order can take from 7 to 10 working days to arrive for EU countries, and 15-20 for countries outside the EU. All the international orders are registered and are traceable 24-72 hours after the packages have been shipped. You can check it your user area. For logistic reasons of the country of destination, we do not ship to Bolivia, Guatemala and Venezuela. [11/25/21]   SHIPPING TO PENINSULA (SPAIN AND PORTUGAL) If we receive your order before 15:00h (peninsular Spanish time), we will do all that’s in our hands so your order is shipped the same day. You will receive it in 24h in the Peninsula (in some destinies it may take up 48h)  You can track your order in your user area. The tracking is available from 22:00h in the same day that is shipped from our warehouse.   *If you check the tracking before the specified time, you may find a tracking that is not yours, the moment your order is on its way the information will be updated. You can check your tracking 24h after the package has left the warehouse in your user area.   PICK UP IN PHYSICAL STORE The delivery time for orders with the pick-up in store option can be 1 to 5 working days in stores in Spain, and 5 to 10 working days in stores in other destinations. The maximum collection time is 1 month from the date of purchase. **Remember that if you have order an Xpresstee mobile case (offer for a limited time) the shipping dates can extend up to 72 hours more after the offer has finished.
